Sounds good. Was it just plug and play without installing drivers?
Correct, Windows just detects it as a USB audio device. No drivers needed.

arh, I just tried with my old PC, plug n play and it works, but 1 problem like some reported, there is cracking sound in the music, pfffff. Fiio, pls fix this too.

It's very strange, with youtube, there is no cracking sound. But with Sony Music center app, the cracking sound is very obvious, maybe something to do with hi-res music.
Sony Music center on your phone? Try to turn off phone's Bluetooth. Also it's 80% that "cracking" caused by your phone. Especially you said that it's ok with the youtube app.

On my PC with windows 11. I have tried googling, it seems to be a common problem with USB audio device with windows. So many solutions posted, tried several methods, updating drivers, bios, power management etc. Still crackling, think I will just use it with ps5 pro at the moment.

Finally, I narrowed down the problem. The problem lies in the Sony Music Center app. I also have itunes installed on my PC, the same song plays fine, no cracking. Bah, lol.

I learn much troubleshooting, Sony Music Center PC sound so much better with wider soundstage and clarity compared to itunes playing the same song, dunno what Sony has done with the app, too bad USB audio device does not like it.

Please read / advise! 🙏

iPhone 15 Pro Max - Fiio BT11 - psb m4u8

1. I open the Fiio Control app, insert the BT11 to the phone, connects it via bluetooth. ✓
2. Enter pairing mode on psb m4u8 and BT11 and pair them successfully. (so far so good) ✓
3. Doesn't playing music, BT11 lights up green.
4. I connected a Macbook M1 pro, Windows 11 PC, and iphone 14 - all devices play sound perfectly, just not the iphone 15 pro max.

After some time I found an unexpected solution. I connected the iPhone 15 Pro Max via two adapters and the sound appeared. It turns out that Fiio bt11 does not work in USB 3.0 mode, but only in USB 2.0.
Help me find a solution to this problem.

That's strange ... BT11 works flawlessly on my iPhone 15 PRO ...

Having said that, it would not be the first time that Apple devices have different ways of working with USBC accessories

(For example my iPad Mini 6 USBC works perfectly fine with my FiiO DK1 PRO Dock, my iPad PRO 2020 USBC however doesn't recognize the FiiO Dock)

My iphone 15 pro works perfecly.

Advice:

Hard reset your phone (vol up, vol down then hold power until apple logo appears)

Turn off bluetooth

Turn off fiio app

Connect BT11 to phone and start paring when red/blue light appears. (If youbpaired a headphone before then turn it off until this light appears).

This is an odd question, but any reason the black one is more popular than the silver one?

It looks better... The silver looks kind of cheap...

I’m getting my own copy in a few days. I only want to use it for Windows. Is it plug and play or do I need to install drivers?

I bought BT11 from the date of release. There were no special problems with the initial setup. It works almost perfectly. The connection is stable whether it is 3 meters or 5 or more, no interruptions. Codec aptx Lossless (green light). TWS Creative Aurvana Ace 2 (aptx Lossless), Edifier Stax Spirit S10 (aptx Lossless), phone Nothing Phone 1.
I think that maybe the quality of the bluetooth module of both the phone and the headphones matters. With this phone I had no problems with wireless sound at all, on different devices...
I continue to enjoy and wait for the BT11 update.

* The only drawback now, as I mentioned before, is a crackle when starting playback, but for a few seconds. So I think they will fix it...

So maybe it should work with my Stax S5 without problems?

Interesting. Mine works great as well and I never heard this crackle. LDAC and AptX (350) only, so this might be a codec thing.
