About Ezvid Wiki: Established in 2011, Ezvid Wiki has grown from a small user-generated forum into the largest and most comprehensive video wiki on the planet, providing useful, unbiased information and actionable guidance to hundreds of millions of people around the world, in thousands of knowledge categories.

Editor's Notes: Now that most flagship smartphones have ditched the 3.5-millimeter audio jack (with a rather loud chorus of, "Sorry, not sorry!"), it may be time to upgrade your on-the-go music setup with a good Bluetooth receiver.

This name list was selected after spending 26 hours on research, videography, and editing, to review the top choices for this wiki. Bluetooth is one of today's most convenient technologies when it comes to on-the-go entertainment, but not every pair of high-fidelity headphones has this wireless functionality built in. Fortunately, the right adapter can free you from the clutches of an audio cable and make it easy to enjoy your favorite tunes wherever you are.

We are honored to have our μBTR, Q5, BTR3 and BTR1 chosen in the list. Follow the link to read the details: https://wiki.ezvid.com/best-bluetooth-receivers-for-headphones

Congratulations Fiio!

Thinking of success of portable wireless modules, would it make some sense to make an external module to DAPs (and possibly phones) to pair reliably with modules like BTR3 and take the best advantages of the reliability of pairing and the sound quality.

I am thinking of some external module similar to amplifiers in your DAPs and Q5.

Then for devices like Q5 this communication module can be used instead of amplifying units.

And for DAPs, it would really attractive to me personally to have a "true audiophile" device that just has phone outputs, no any communication externals (I remember few year reading that Fiio engineers were talking about some interference problems). This DAP can be done entirely of the metal then. While to go wireless, the external unit can be attached. The external units can be more easily upgraded for new generations of codecs.
