Hey there guys, I'm a newbie on the market for a pair of some fun sounding and comfortable IEM's. I posted once before today, but have since ruled out many of the offerings due to no one really liking their comfort level. I mostly will be walking, studying and casually listening during work, in the dorm and on plane flights and such. A little about my listening habits, I listen to a big spectrum of music, from deep house (so the IEMs would have to at least be concerned with a lively, fun sound with a little bass) to late 60's-70's rock and folk rock (ie Jim Croce, Led Zeppelin, the Doors, Van Morrison, the Doobie Brothers, and the Band so guitar should pop in the upper mid region) and new rap (ie Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, and Schoolboy Q and I don't even know what I might be looking for there, maybe just a fun sound). I will pretty much exclusively be listening to them on my iPhone 5s and Macbook Pro, I would love to get an amp but I just find the entire idea so impractical that I will end up never using it. I have small ears, and comfort is a priority because I'll be listening for long periods of time on flights and studying. I had the Klipsch  X10's before they were discontinued, and I love the comfort they provided, however the cable broke before they were a year old. I love the idea of the bass popping on the H300, however people are unsure about the comfort and that is one of my biggest concerns, as I loved the feeling of "leave in and forget about them" that the X10's provided. Does anyone have any experience with any of these headphones or those in the same price range? Thank you guys for all of your help!

I got the A83 and H300. The A83 the bass is quite rich and with good extension. The low end clarity and details are very evident. The vocals are quite natural and detailed. quite intimate. With the H300 they are every airy and detailed and weighs very little. Clear and detailed sound. Oh yeah and the cables are detachable. The guy at digital852 (some new online store) recommended the H300 and its worked out well for me. Tough call between the A83 and H300. I suggest you find out more.

But which one is more comfortable for every day wear? I do like the straight down aspect of the H300 however there have been complaints of discomfort...have you felt that way?
