I had ER-4Ps for years and loved them, but the microphonics of the cables killed them for me. Bought some HF3s, thought they were good, but for some reason they never connected the same way to them sound-wise.

So, do I give the ER-4s another chance? Do I go RE272 or FAD? Or am I totally looking at the wrong IEMs?

Frankly, I mostly like the sound of my Audioengine A5s right now - more than my Devore speaker system, so what does that say about how my music taste has changed?

Oh, I should add the Orto EQ7s in the list too!

You may like CK10 or CK100Pro more and both offers good bass response with crisp clear highs, mids. But if you want more bass with overall good clarity then i will recommend to try JVC FX700, Sennheiser IE8/80

I am wondering if I should just make a cut by only going with BA type IEMs since I liked the ER-4s so much.
