Why is it that female singers are so heavily featured in reviews and demonstration rooms at shows? Note that none of them are Lita Ford or Joan Jett, but lots of Joni Mitchell and Norah Jones types.
Like many audiophiles, I’m not much of an hard rock fan and prefer the “cliche” Joni Mitchell and Norah Jones.
That said, Joan Jett and Lita Ford did form a band in the 1970s and I absolutely love their music. Shockingly underrated. If the music was promoted in movie sound tracks today I think a lot of people would like it.
