I found another one, too. A2Z Cables sells a generic brand female mini to RCA cable (part number VA86).
I doubt you'd notice much difference between the three cables mentioned. I wouldn't pay for a Monster cable just on principle, but that's just me.
You could request a quote from A2Z Cables or Markertek for a custom cable. Both companies make cables using Canare cable. I'm planning to get a 6 ft male mini to RCA Canare cable from A2Z Cables when I get a new amp.
