Try to ask for the WE included but they didn’t reply to that so maybe, out of stock for them 🤷🏻

New Feliks Bliss for electrostatics and polished finish of Envy, apparently specifically tuned for Susvara (I guess the OG which is a bit weird considering Envy was developed with them originally)

Wow, bliss looks mega.

Envy looks good as well, same arrangement for the volume pot / surround as 25th AE, nice.

Looks nice, but will collect dust like nothing else...
Oh, and it has that awful looking volume pot from the AE edition, thanks, but no...

Yeah, that's really strange, no? Stradi tubes, which should sound somewhat similiar to WE's. Hmmm.
And of course PSVanes. Because nothing else exists.

I think they're trying a bit too hard to milk the Envy with all those "similiar, but not really that similiar" variants, what's next, an Envy specifically tuned for the 1266TC with WE's and in black (and of course also with PSVanes)?

The bliss looks nice, but since the Immanis exists, my desire in getting a Shangri-La Senior with a TOTL energizer completely vanished.
I wonder if Feliks Audio thinks about making a true ribbon amplifier now.

Holy crap, guess that's needed for the power consumption of electrostats? Tube rollers dream...
Polished/lacquered Envy looks beautiful. How much did they tweak it for Susvara? Is it just a matter of including different tubes, or did they make any changes on the inside wiring/setup?

On another note, would anyone happen to have recommendations for a solid-state amplifier (preferably Class A) to use next to my Envy (not necessarily in a chain) to contrast and compare, specifically with my Susvara Unveiled and AB1266 Phi TCs? Was thinking about a Headamp CFA3.

Sadly more like a nightmare, because you need really expensive quads. And in some cases they might not even be available.

If i had to guess they threw in the Stradis and called it a day. You probably need to wait a few days longer to get those informations.
Was thinking about a Headamp CFA3.
Perfect choice imo, and you can also use the Envy into the CFA3 if you want to.
I have the same headphones and love my CFA3 alongside / together with it.
Those two amplifiers cover everything.
I'm also a disbeliever that any way more expensive solid state amps would be a noticable step up from the CFA3, but maybe i will get my mind blown one day by a MK465 / HM1. Probably not though.

I had a „wow“ effect, at first. But yes, dust will be probably very visible with the shiny surface. Just like with those terrible black mirror finishes you find in many cars.

Agree on the volume pot. It still looks good but also a bit „brutal“. I like the classic look of the regular version better.

Still, when dust-free, the shiny wood looks gorgeous!

The other options I've been considering are the Niimbus US5 Pro or the Riviera AIC-10. However, with the latter, I feel it only makes sense (financially + performance) if I replace the Envy entirely, which seems a bit radical for me at this point.

Felixxx blissed out on AE money... T2 now being a bargain.
The elephant in the room when it comes to electrostats is nowadays the existence of the Immanis / Magna. Electrostatic resolution and speed, but with planar bass.
You really need to be an electrostat enthusiast to consider the Bliss. I am convinced that it will sound marvelous, but dropping so much cash into an amp that can only drive estats, when the clear advantages of estats are significantly lower now than before the two new Raals existed, will be dealbreaker for most people that previously were more interested in them.
The other options I've been considering are the Niimbus US5 Pro or the Riviera AIC-10.
Yeah, i also considered the Niimbus as an alternative, went with the CFA3 in the end and didn't regret it for a second (only the waiting time and communication was a bit lackluster, but the unit itsself is flawless). That being said, i've not heard the Niimbus and i may also have been satisfied with it, but i heard that a few people say that the CFA3 is just better.
The AIC-10 is on a different level (mainly in terms of power and costs compared to the Envy), i think that owning the Envy together with the AIC-10 does not make much sense, as you said, you could consider just "upgrading" (maybe more like sidegrading or even downgrading when it comes to tonality) from the Envy to the AIC-10, but then you lose a lot of flexibility, mainly in tuberolling and finding the perfect tonality for each headphone.
It's also just extremely expensive and a monstrous box.
Also: A lot of people run their headphones from the speaker outputs with the AIC-10, which you would need adapters for.

I've been lurking around the AIC-10 thread and obv the general tendency there is that AIC-10 beats the crap out of Envy. However, I am sure that this is based on stock tubes and does not consider upgrades to WE300B, Elrogs, and NOS driver tubes.

I wonder how the AE even with the stock tubes compares to the A1C with Immanis. I also wonder how the A1C compares to Audma. Which one has the most expansive sound stage preserving layering and instrument positioning?
