This track is so sleek and polished that it almost becomes kitsch and a guilty pleasure to me.
Couple that with a clip that just oozes "jet set" and the decadent side of the 80s. Although many would argue the elegant and classy side of the 80's
I don't know, what I do know that this wasn't exactly my world in the 80's, more the angsty, bleak and troublesome world of Joy Division and The Smiths LOL
Despite that, I always loved this song and it is clearly one of the greatest of the 80s.

Those are pretty special aesthetics thinking about it. His Bete Noir release is one that I seem to be rediscovering every leap year
