Hey guys, shameless plug here.
I run a web site that I hope meets OP's description. We're just a bunch of 20-somethings obsessed with finding the best unheard, undiscussed music. As of now, we have pretty consistent reviews in metal, hip-hop, electronic and indie. We do long-form reviews, short "on our amps" pieces, and interviews. We've been growing a lot recently, I think people are starting to appreciate our concept quite a bit.
