How could I forget Donnie Darko? I'll second on Cruel Intentions. Also, Romeo & Juliet and City of Angels.

My favorite is Blue Man Group - Audio, which is technically a sound track because of their permanent shows, but is really a rock album.

My favorite movie sound track is Triplets of Bellevue.

The only other 2 soundtracks I own are Songcatcher and O Brother, Where Art Thou. Both are fantanstic.
