I know this game is old, but I just got it recently and I think it's awesome (despite how easy it is to steal the princess with all the glitches/exploits etc.) Anyway I mostly play team deathmatch and invasion (the very rare times that you get decently filled invasion games) and I think it's really fun and silly and that there's a surprising amount of depth to it, particularly when it comes to environmental factors.
My favorite classes are probably mage, (upgraded) worker, and ranger. The mage and worker seem to take the most skill, though, it seems like you have to use the environment the most to have success with them. You also have to have a good sense of timing with the mage. The warrior seems the most overpowered though, since you can 1 hit people fairly easily (at least it's not nearly as bad as dark priest used to be.)
