There are 3 ciems around the 900-1k mark I feel deserved more attention:
1. The UE reference monitor at 900 was one a great sounding monitor but that has since been discontinued. Not sure if the remastered version is better or worse but if it is any close to the original that will be a great choice.
2. The hidition viento is one of my favorites regardless of price range. Very balanced tuning and incredible easy listening. I much preferred this over their 3k flagship violet.
3. Pears SH3 is a little over 1k but close enough. I personally own this and preferred it slightly over the original UE reference monitor.
