I've used straps from FiiO and others. But there are 3 problems for me.  

1. One is the width makes it difficult to avoid covering my iPhone screen, or in some amps, controls such as on the E17.
2. Another is that they can be too loose for combos like iPhone and Arrow amp.
3. Third, as I pull the stack from my pocket, the tacky outside of the strap causes it to come off the stack. 

 
Here is what I found in a drug store or beauty store.  It is intended for hair use.  This exact one, "No Slip Grip,"  is the only one on the shelf I like:

1. diameter is tighter
2. width is perfect
3. inner surface is rubberized so it stays in place
4. outer surface is soft not rubber so it doesn't come off in my pocket.
