We got my dad a handmade glass Kaleidoscope as he has started collecting them (he already has 3). We gave it to him early though because he and my mom will be out of town on Father's Day having a fine time in Egypt.

Whoa, Thread-necromancing! Incidentally, much like my post from 2 years back, my parents are both gonna be out of town for Father's Day again! (Egypt in '08, Japan in '09 and now China for '10), so we gave him his father's day gift back on Mother's Day. He's been wanting a good pocket knife but he doesn't like any of mine so we got him a limited edition Buck 110 for the day.

I got him "Honey roasted cashews" and two bags of gourmet chocolate chip cookies and he'll be tickled to death.....I'll ask him to play some guitar for me, he's still great, just slower....HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO ALL THE HEAD-FI DADS OUT THERE!
