Since quite a few people responded to this thread the first time around, I thought I'd come back in with an update. This is what I have so far (please excuse the dodgy photography!)

Top panel painted black, valves sunken with additional holders (I bought an extra set) on top of the case, and a new 6.5mm, 30mm long jack socket. I still have to finish the back panel, and then completely redo the finish, but the hard part (the decisions!) are over!

You'd have to ask profingersk8r... I bought the kit from him. He may well have ripped me off, I have no idea

I just wanted to use my own case because it looks nicer!
