Two years ago I bought a pair of the E-30, this is what I got:

After half a year of using, one of the earphones stopped working.
I liked them so I bought new ones and this is what I recieved:

They both came in the same package, but the differences were:
1. the cable is completely different. the old one is simple rubber while the new one is like tangle-proof.

2. the new ear hook has SoundMAGIC's symbol, while the old one doesn't.
3. the new pouch is different, less leatherly.
 
Can you tell me which one is genuine? (or they both are, maybe they changed it a bit after two years)

Stay calm, both are genuine Soundmagic products.
The deal is that some time ago (about 8-12 months) Soundmagic has redesigned the cable used on E10 and E30 models, it became twisted and perharps has even more wires
Changes are minor, don't mind.

how's your soundmagic e30? how long did it last? im planning to buy one again but my last pair did not even last six months. i didnt use the warranty because i got lazy. thanks.
