Fake or real Fiio E10k?

Hi Guys. So I just got my E10K. I entered the authentication number into the checker on the website. It says the E10K is not legit. However, when I tried to register the product on my account, it registered as the E10K (entered the same serial #) Has anyone had this issue?

Check with their customer service. It is known that sometime the authentication number will fail even when it is legit.
