I'd definitely go with the first over the second...the first guy has a ton of positive feedback so I doubt he'd be selling fakes.  The second guy is shady with his 50 feedbacks to me.

if i remember correctly , turbine gold dont come with tips like whats on the first ad, i would stay away from ebay,90% of the headphone is fake,   new one from onecall is only $180 shipped no tax to cali.
