Hey Head-fiers, I got a FREE album from QOBUZ after having purchased one that had a defective track

so i downloaded the freebie album only to discover Volumes 1 and 3 have a strange cut-off at 15KHz, well better tell tale cut-off that indicates lossy files being passed as CD quality 16/4.1Khz

Disappointing, i told my bf to get the CDs from his brick and mortar store damn lest see

So fake flac?

It's also commonplace on Bandcamp.
The thing is that LOL i went for this way of thinking with an album i saw on two sites.. Presto classical has it at 24/48 but "the greater the Khz the best" so yeah qobuz has it at 24/96... and turned a fake... over the years i've had like 7 fakes with qobuz, that now i'd be using qobuz solely for the Vivaldi edition from Naive Classique other than that i'll stick with presto classical or amazon Physical medium and last resort qobuz
