I'm looking for an external volume adjuster. Since I don't want to reach behind the speaker, or use software, is my only option one off those knobs that control your entire system's volume?  Or is there a way to adjust only the speakers volume with something external.  I know I could rca from the mobo to a schiit sys, then the sys to the speakers, but I want to try to keep everything digital since there already is basically a dac built into the speakers.

Looks like the knob on the back is the only way to control the amp's volume. The only other option is some form of digital/software volume control, or the analog input. If the problem is just a lack of a physical knob, you could get something like this to control the Windows volume:

That's what I thought. I was hoping there was an adjuster that could work as a pass through, so I don't have to worry about my headphone volume when U change outputs.
