I know Meier Audio sold the Corda Cross-1 a number of years ago but it seems to be long out of production, just an occasional used one appearing on the market from time to time.
 
I know there are DIY versions of this available but I can't find any commercially sold external cross-feed devices.  If there aren't any my question then is why not?
 
Any info. on this is much appreciated.  Thanks.

I shoud add that I do no listening via my computer so the various computer apps for cross-feed are not something I can use.
