Hi everyone,
I broke a stereo plug into my audio jack a few months ago, so I ended up buying an external USB sound card recently (Behringer UCA202). I'm having an issue where, when I am playing sounds or music, I get occasional crackling and popping noises. This never happened before. I don't know if it is the soundcard or something power-related, let alone how to solve it. I am on a laptop that is always plugged into an AC outlet.
Google didn't provide much help, different headphones don't change it, and it only happens when playing sounds/music, not when the line is silent.
Thanks.
