Anyone know of a good USB capture device?

I want to plumb in some line level audio through a stereo TRS connector and import the ADC data into matlab. Reference quality front-end... that is absolutely flat frequency response, extremely low noise floor, minimum distortion. I would prefer the USB to be for data only, and power it using an external AC/DC converter. If the PS is built into the unit, then I need to be certain I'm not going to get any EMI or 60Hz leakage into the analog section. The higher the bit width of the ADC and the higher the sampling rate, the better.

As far as the matlab processing goes... the goal is to get bins down into the single Hz range. So I'm looking at 524,288 sample blocks for Fs = 192KHz. Whether that's stored on the device or using matlab native functions to record is irrelevant to me. Stereo separation is a bonus, but I'll settle for single channel with L+R summed if it makes things more affordable.

Thanks.
