How do you opamp roll ( i am a mod noob) on the super pro? do they just pop out or does this involve soldering? or just how to change opamps in general on most units?

Unless if they revised it, you can't. It's soldered on there. To roll opamps you'd have to desolder the one already on there and either solder the opamp you want, or solder on a DIP Socket.
