I get how different headphones sound different and have different components, but since an amp is literally just an increase in voltage to better drive higher impedance headphones, how do "better" or more expensive amps make a difference from their builds? I would love if anyone could explain that to me in order to aid my journey! I recently just got a pair of HD600's and a Fiio E09k/E17 combo as an introduction into high-end over-ears, and I've had multiple pairs of high-end IEM's over the past years.
