Can anyone recommend a pair of phones that won't fall off while in the gym? Buds keep getting tugged out while full size is just too heavy.

The absolute best, no questions asked, hands down, without a doubt, irrefutably best headphone for exercise is the Koss KSC-35. They sound great, too!

Ask me how I reallly feel...

Should we put a rule here that all <$35 phones = Koss KSC-35 ?

I think perhaps < US$60

Grado SR-60s are available for $59.99 free shipping.

And the KSC-35 are much better for exercising

Actually, in a lot of ways, I enjoy the KSC-35 more than the SR60, even at home. They're lighter, more comfortable, and the sound is competitive.

See my review of the two in the "Featured Headphone Reviews" forum.

Overall, the 35 are a bit better than the 50. However, for exercising, they're MUCH better.
