I emailed Shure yesterday about my Shure E500 extension cable (the 91 cm one) since it's behaving rather weird and produced muffle sounds at the slightest motion or contact....

and to my surprise, a nice lady from Shure said that she'll send a new one to me, no receipt or return of the old cable necessary.

Granted, it's only an extension cable but it's still an excellent service!

Nice to know that Shure's rep for great customer service is also true on this side of the pond!

Haven't had need for it, but it's good to know it's there. Wonder if Sugarfried ever makes it over for a visit?
