Well, they seem hesitant to send out review units to regular reviewers. Only big tech sites that don't really give fair reviews have gotten a sample.

Well i bought the H1, got shipped from the USA for $159 with a code. Got shipped fron USA to UK with a value of $199 on package so was hit with a £40 customs charge only to open the box and find the tip of the right cup lead was snapped off and wedged in the socket. I contacted support informing them of situation. Their answer was to take them to a local electronics store and get them to extract it. I went to a few place who could/would extract 3.5 mm but not 2.5mm. So once again I contacted support who just sent me a new cable from Israel via FedEx and put a $39 on package so then I got hit with a £17 charge (£5 custom duty and £12 FedEx administration fee). Upshot I took the plunge and drilled out tip myself. I also got an email from them saying they would send me a new headphone at a $60 reduction! I will never deal with this company again!
