Have bought lots of things from the good old USA [headphones and car parts etc] and have never had a problem,in a lot of cases the postage time was not far behind the local postage times.
If other countries have problems then it is more than likely your end[Customs etc].
In fact I notice a lot of people do not like posting to the EU because of customs problems and strange costs that seem to be added on in some countries.
