I might be wrong Mr. Lobal but those are not frame grids, and judging by the codes I see are tubes manufactured by Brimar.

Maybe Brimar 6C4? Look like single triodes judging by the plate shape, the double adapter also suggests.
EC86 is a single triode... unless I've been ripped off with my small gaggle.

However, when super-sized like that, could well be a Brimar CV133. Only @ian91 knows for sure... but won't say until we've all embarrassed ourselves multiple times.

Haha. I will prevent further embarrassment...they are Brimar CV133/6C4 :).

Sure it is, but the plate shape is not like that, that looks like a ladder plate. Here my Siemens E86C I listen because of you.

Beautiful tube that one :D. I too listened to it because of @LobalWarming but the question is, who did he listen to it because of?

I'm considering my next headphone amp to be a tube amp, and Polish amps seem nice option for me (living in EU).
However the nice amps in this thread are different from what I see on the official(?) website (http://www.eufonika.pl/) or seller page on bigger market platform (https://www.etsy.com/de/shop/Eufonika).

Isn't there any catalogue that constantly kept up to date? Do I have to consult the builder personally?

I tried contacting another polish amp per eMail builder but had no reply. Other members of the local fan club suggested to contact him by phone, but that't not how I want to communicate, because I don't speak Polish and I want to keep track of every communication. How was your experience?

Hi so i think the esiest way to see the different models is on his instagram. The model names are all in the posts (https://www.instagram.com/eufonika_audio?igsh=MTJ2dGtsYnN2aGp4eQ=)
And i think the best way is just to write an email to Wieslav. And say what you want and he will guide you to what model fits you maybe😁

Joining the club finally with my new H5 KPCU! The more astute among you may notice the inputs are on the wrong side, this was a test, you passed.

Anyways, this is my H5 in black stain rocking a RCA Grey Glass 6SN7GT and a Tung Sol 5998. Also picture are my ZMF Aeolus. I ordered this from Wieslaw many months ago and after a long ordeal of shipping issues I finally got it last week. Shoutout to Wieslaw for promptly making and shipping me a new one after USPS lost the first one. Still no idea where that one is.

I haven't had a ton of time with it but the hours I do have are nothing short of wonderful. The amp delivers a great instrument separation and plenty of bass without it being too loose or uncontrolled. The midrange is presently beautifully and naturally. I hate excess treble and it doesn't give me any worries in that department either. Overall the build quality is excellent and the sound quality is exactly what I was hoping for. Most importantly Wieslaw was excellent to work with even though we went through the ringer on this whole thing and he stood behind his product and service.

10/10 would recommend.
