Etys, Vynil, and DMB

Ugh, I had a bad day today...really bad. But my music is making me feel much better... and it doesn't even involve speakers or SACDS!

Anyway, this is more a thread about what music/equipment will make you feel better after a bad day.

So I'm listening to "Pig" off Before These Crowded Streets on vynil... through my Melos and etys. It sounds so good! Makes me feel alot better.

Cool, dmb or better than ezra usually raise my spirits. Do you have the 180g version?

Didn't know there were different versions... Who released the 180g version?

I dont know myself, i remember reading about it somewhere on head fi. The version i have is 2 lp's but i dont know if its 180g. It doesn't say anything on it.

Ya, mine is two... sounds really good, but don't think it's 180g, not sure though.

Yeah, i doubt it also, i'm sure they would've advertised it on the packaging if it was. I guess its 150g or 125g. Seems pretty thick regardless and sounds great. If you check ebay, this set goes for $30+ because its "rare." I paid like ~$20 for it.

Wow, what a coincidence. I'm also listening to "Pig," but it's the cd, through the microZOTL and my 580s.
