Left channel is cutting out on me when I move at all

Listening to my marshmallows isn't too bad but after only 2 days I miss the etys

Where would be the best place to get a new cable? I'd like a shorter one if possible.

If under 2 yrs you can get it replaced for free. email Ety.

I've had them since last August but I didn't buy them new. They are the red and blue ER4Ps which I think are a little old now.

My Etys are on their way home from RMA, so excited. Despite having TF10s, I am so badly craving the Ety sound!

I had a similar problem with my ety-4p, I got a replacement new pair for $50 from etymotic.com

Just contact Ety support, they'll hook you up.
I assume you did check the filter already? Disconnecting the cable and cleaning contacts with contact cleaner is not a bad idea either.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I'll definitely take your advice.

I haven't checked the filter but I will. I have disconnected the cable and cleaned the contacts.

So when you ask for new cable, they just replace the whole thing? I don't know if i like that.
