MOREEEEE pics please!!!!!
Here is another picture...Just a nitpick, but is there any L/R indicator (tactile or written) on EVO? Also looking forward to seeing more pics and how lightweight is this T2 BaX.
...and here it is zoomed in on the left one that shows the engraved L:

Dave - no red on my cable! I wonder if I got a pre-production prototype?Yes, it's etched onto the housing by the connector. You can also tell by the cable, which has red for right and black for left, but that doesn't help much when the cable is unplugged.
Dude! Extra long nozzles for that deep Ety insertion® & isolation! Here is another picture...

The cable is VERY skinny, compared to the ER2/3/4 cables! Also looking forward to seeing more pics and how lightweight is this T2 BaX.
I will post a side-by-side photo later tonight.

Here is a photo with eartips on.
The sample unit I received did not have the outer box nor accessories (filter removal tool, printed manual, etc.) - so I cannot provide the real unboxing experience
Also, I am not sure which eartips come with the EVO - I got with it a bunch of loose double-flange tips in various sizes. No foams nor triple-flange. (I can try with foams and triple-flange from my ER2/3/4 IEMs)

If you’ve never held/handled the Linum BaX cables you’re in for a shock; probably the thinnest, most ergonomic cable you can find, without sacrificing build quality/strength. With that said though, they are somewhat prone to tangling. I’m glad Etymotic went with the T2 version, the MMCX versions were somewhat hard to unplug with their compact hardware. The cable is VERY skinny, compared to the ER2/3/4 cables!

I hope Etymōtic disrupts the industry with the EVO. It comes during a time when a hard reset is needed as more excessively priced in ear monitors enter the market with inexperienced engineering. I purchased the ER4 in 1993, ER4P/S in 2004, and ER4SR in 2017 and have yet to find anything as honest. Most of the new flagship in ear monitors belong in the dumpster.

Since we are on topic of Linum cables and T2 vs MMCX connectors, here is how it looks up close with their Super BaX cable (4 conductors) and T2 to mmcx adapter:
