Yep, that price is nothing special at all. The ER-4P can be found at a couple of reputable online retailers for about $190 shipped. These guys for example:

But Erwin Computers is not an authorized dealer, or at least is not listed as one on the Etymotic website. JR Music is an authorized dealer and sells them for $199 shipped.
I guess being an authorized dealer doesn't matter except that you may need to purchase from one in order to extend the warranty to 2 years. Not 100% sure of this though.

I inquired about Erwin Computer with Etymotic before I purchased from them, and they said the warranty would not be a problem.

I got mine from there no hassle back in Dec. Back then they were the old red and blue style which I prefer. Don't know if they've changed to the black or not yet.
