Ety ER6 painful or hard to seal?

Hehe. I just had my first experience of being lost to the outside world with these on. I was listening to my piano recital cd, and, unknown to me, my housemate was talking to me from the kitchen. She then came into my room and kept talking, but I couldn't hear her. She then yelled "Bang!!" loudly several times, and I still couldn't hear her.

I didn't notice her until I saw her out of the corner of my eye.

These phones could prove quite useful...

i always tell my wife when i'll be wearing headphones so she doesn't think i'm ignoring her.

Glad to hear that the upward angle trick worked for you AdamP88. I just got back from a trip to Asia. During the 12 hour flight home I put in my ER-6 connected to my iPod so that I could get some good sleep. I was so amazed at the sound that I just layed there blissfully listening to music. I finally got some sleep after the battery in my iPod went dead.

Damn all you people with iPods!!!

Hehe, anyway - it seems like the iPod and Ety's are a perfect match. The only chance I got to play with an iPod was at the latest Mac expo in San Francisco, and holy hell those things are stunning in person. Unfortunately they had Bose headphones attached to em, so I wasn't too impressed by sound quality

. But man, what a sexy little gadget the iPod is. If I actually had a decent amount of expendable income, it'd be going towards that. Or a headphone amp.

Aw hell, probably a headphone amp.

For the same price as an iPod I could get a nice amp (spend a little less and get the Little, MGHeadDT or Corda HA-1, or spend a little more and get a Supreme or a Little More Power).

This place is too tempting for my credit cards.
