Normal also .. can't be bothered to loop them over my ears without the memory wire feature.
The only IEMs that I wore that way were the Triple Fi, those had virtually no cable noise thanks to that.

Place straight in and then angle the tip end upwards at about 30 degrees.

Once inserted the strain reliefs should be pointing straight down parallel with your body. It should look pretty normal.

Do you guys actually route the cable over ears?
