How do you wear them, in normal orientation or upside down when routing cord behind the ears?

Isn't it a bit awkward looking plus cord is not that long and y-splitter ends up almost under my chin when cord is behind ears?

Normal also .. can't be bothered to loop them over my ears without the memory wire feature.
The only IEMs that I wore that way were the Triple Fi, those had virtually no cable noise thanks to that.

Place straight in and then angle the tip end upwards at about 30 degrees.

Once inserted the strain reliefs should be pointing straight down parallel with your body. It should look pretty normal.

Do you guys actually route the cable over ears?

Normal in public, but over the ear when doing serious listening to cut down on microphonics

Under-the-chin and clipped high on shirt; minimizes cable noise pretty well for me.
