Has anyone thought about attempting a p->b adapter for their etys?

I was thinking it could be possible to approximate the B's response for binaural recordings by changing the values of the two resistors and capacitor to accomodate for the extra 24 ohms resistance in the P, but have no idea what the resistor/capacitor part of the circuit achieves...
