I own the ATH-W1000X & am pretty happy with the quality coming out of my Pixel 1. I *can* enjoy both jazz & rock whereas I can't with my TH-X00. I was wondering if anyone here has an opinion on the Ether CX with Jazz?
Ether C is listed as god tier & so far his taste has followed my roughly (have tried LCD3 Prefazor, HD600) but I'm trying to figure out if I'm going to get a significant step up without needing to get something in addition to drive it. I don't want to travel with an amp (might be willing to get an LG V30)
Is there a significant difference between the Ether C & Ether CX?
