Hi and welcome! You must be established for 30 days, have MFA turned on and post 15 times.

Multi-factor authentication. Enable it in your account settings. Basically it will send a code to your phone or emails each time you log in. It is for security purposes and a requirement to be able to list items on the classifieds.
