Anyone having an issue with the app that controls Juli@? I keep having to reinstall the app every time I boot up in order for it to work. I can however change my sample rate settings in the Audio MIDI app under Mac OS X. I contacted ESI support over a week ago with no response yet. Also, I definitely wouldn't go back to using iTunes 7.5. For a while, I would get lots of distortion during playback.

Are you running Vista and if so, which version of the software are you using?

I don't have any issues with it, but I know that it took me about 17 times to figure out how to install it properly in the beginning when I first got it.

I use a Mac, so I'm currently using version 2.1. I uninstalled the app, and just use Audio MIDI to change the sample rate for the time being.

Not sure. Hopefully they will call you back. If not, start another claim ticket.

UPDATE: I just received a reply from ESI support today, and they said they've never encountered an issue like mine, so they will investigate the matter. It will take longer before they can give a solution, or another response.

That really sucks.

The only issues I've had the the Juli@ is getting asio to work in Foobar.
