D1001 > HD485 > ES7
comfort:
HD485 > D1001 > ES7 or as above. I'm not sure whether the Denon's or Senn's are more comfy.

Other suggestions below usd 150? ( possibly better portable ones)
I'm looking for one with good sound-stage and natural presentation.
I'm already aiming d-1001.
I'll be using them unamped, or amped with a travagan's colours
