Hi All,
I just had a listen today to these HP. It was called the Phobos driven by Ayon amps. They really sound exceptional. Anyone else have heard them before?

What did you think about them? Comparisons?

Hi sir,
Wonderful review. I am hoping I can spend more time with them if I can convince my local distributor, see how it goes up against my Abyss Phi CC. Wonder how they will will scale with better balanced cables. I love their look as well.

Holy cow! Yes please, I imagine the Abbyss will defeat it, but by what margin is what I wonder.
I saw somebody here in HF is selling theirs for $1500, for those interested.

Thanks! It's a great new planar that I suggest you give a try at a local meet if you can. Cheers!

I just have the Phobos v2021 on my head and in terms of sound quality it is almost the same level as the Final D8000. Very good soundstage and holography that exceeds the price of these headphones. Good detail, energy and speed. Slightly warm color. Really for me it is one of the biggest positive surprises of the year.

Is the Erzetich Phobos pinout the same as from example Audeze or ZMF ?

EDIT: I will answer to myself. Blaz Erzetich wrote to me they are compatible with each other :)

First impressions are great!
Not sure how I feel about the overall look, but I like the headband. However, its colossal weight of 740g (what makes it so heavy? it's heavier than LCD4...) will be a big deterrent aside from the relatively hefty price.

This is a brand I have wanted to hear since I first heard of them.
