I wanted to go portable, and having the HD-280 is a bit of a pain because of it's size. I'll be traveling in a couple of weeks and the flight, with waiting in the terminal, is about 16-20 hours. You guys think it's a good idea to buy E2c's, or should I just keep the HD-280s? I'm a neutral listener, and I like accuracy over musicality. Good isolation is desirable too, though it doesn't have to have the best isolation. I'll be using them with my PCDP unamped. Or maybe I should get a portable amp...
