Today I received the ER4-P's in the mail and am blown away. So much so that I really want to get the converter cable and use it with my amp.

Looking around it looks like TTVJ has the cheapest cable, but also I found another one online.

Does this one do the same thing?

The dowin cable from Head-Direct is a good cable, I like mine. Also if you don't like it, you can return in 30 days.

Not to hijack but I want to make one of these cables and I am wondering exactly what I need? 1 75 Ohm resistor on the ground? One on each of signals paths? I assume the first but I just want to make sure.

You need 2 75ohm resistors, each in the signal (L,R), ground has nothing to do here.
