The dowin cable from Head-Direct is a good cable, I like mine. Also if you don't like it, you can return in 30 days.

Not to hijack but I want to make one of these cables and I am wondering exactly what I need? 1 75 Ohm resistor on the ground? One on each of signals paths? I assume the first but I just want to make sure.

You need 2 75ohm resistors, each in the signal (L,R), ground has nothing to do here.

yep lil knight is right; 1 in each signal is the way to go
