I was wondering if, as with the er-4p-s, you can convert the er-6 to er-6i models. If so, do you need to send away for it, is there a way to do it at home, or is a fundamental manufacturing issue? Thanks in advance.

Nope, unfortunately. The drivers are made to different specs. I have heard about you being able to squeeze 6i and 4s/p tips onto er6's though..to change the fit.
