Equivalent of Comply P-Series ear tips for larger nozzle IEMs?

I have larger than average ear canals. The Comply P-series works great when the IEM nozzle is small. But I am not able to find anything equivalent for T-200 size which fits many dynamic driver IEMs.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
