I have noticed through my hifi journey that certain combinations of manufacturers equipment seem to suit some music genres better than others e.g. Chord/B&W might suit jazz whereas classical could sound better on Bryston/Tannoy etc.
Do the audiophiles on here agree with this statement or is it just me imagining things?
I have a combination of Innuos-Chord-Bryston-Kef, which really seems to suit the EDM (electronic dance music) that I like to listen too. I have heard some of favourite tracks on other manufacturers systems and it just doesn't sound the same and isn't so appealing and enjoyable.
