I have searched for those terms in the youtube and I found some pretty good video clips. I somehow understand how the frequency work.

Frequency is a very basic concept that you should understand well.

Medium quality headphones benefit the most from EQ. They can be made to sound as good as much better quality headphones. You can save a lot of money by simply correcting the flaws in your cans using an equalizer.
