So I finally got my amp (Bravo Audio V3) to go with my DT990 Pros, and boy do I love the sound I get now. The only problem is (particularly with videos) the bad audio quality of the video is really brought forth by this setup. Nearly every Youtube video I watch has fuzzy background noise and I've been dealing with it for two weeks, but it is getting to the point where it is unbearable, it hurts me. Is there a certain channel on an equalizer I can use to reduce this noise? It happens on some poorly mixed MP3 also, but is most prevalent in my daily use of Youtube. It seems like reducing the 8kHz really helps, but the rest sounds odd to me after I do that.

You can try using a lowpass filter to remove frequency information above 15kHz (which, above that on YouTube, will mostly be artifacts and distortion thanks to repeated lossy encoding), or use a notch filter to remove hum around 60Hz.
