Greetings fellow head-fiers!
14 months ago a bought a EHP-O2Di from epiphany acoustics and been using it happily with my HD650s until recently. I moved to a different city and when I plugged it into my computer (and into a wall socket) I discovered that it does not work.
Windows recognizes the device and I can see that the sound is going to it (in windows sound bar) but I cannot hear anything in my headphones. LED light on the unit is on but no audio is going to the headphones (sometimes I can hear very low volume humming - like if I heard the low frequencies of the music I was playing).
I tried different USBs (all my usbs on my MB are 3.0 though) - usbs on my MB, front panel (2x2.0,2x3.0) and on my usb powered hub (3.0s) but nothing helped.
I also tried contacting epiphany acoustics but it seems like they went out of business.
Can you please help me with my situation? I think that the AMP is dead, but I am not sure.
